Human image/mission statement

Our concept of human nature and our understanding of care and nursing are based on a humanistic concept of human nature. We see people as beings whose body, mind and soul interact, and whose balance we want to maintain and promote as best we can through our care, treatment, and support. Our aim is to respond to the individual biographical life experience of each patient and to tailor our care to this. The basis of our nursing philosophy is the "Charter of the Rights of People in Need of Assistance and Care".

Self-determination and help for self-help
Every person in need of help and care has the right to the support they need to be able to lead as independent and self-determined a life as possible. The approach of activating care means that the necessary measures are taken in accordance with the latest scientific findings in order to prevent further deterioration or to achieve an improvement in the state of health.

Physical and mental integrity
Every person in need of help and care has the right to be protected from dangers to body and soul. In our work, we take care to avoid disrespectful and humiliating situations for the patient. We respect and value the individuality and wishes of the patients and address them by name.

Privacy
We approach patients in need of help and care with particular care in their area of life.
We respect personal boundaries of shame and approach people with the greatest possible degree of sensitivity and discretion.

Care, support and treatment
Every person in need of help and care has the right to health-promoting and qualified care and advice tailored to their personal needs. Our employees are trained, educated, trained and instructed according to their tasks and have the necessary qualifications. The methods and measures correspond to the current state of medical and nursing knowledge. Care is coordinated with the patient, where possible, individually and purposefully. All acute situations in the context of care and treatment are professionally recognized and appropriate therapy is coordinated and carried out. Criticism and suggestions are received sensitively by our employees, treated confidentially and processed quickly.

Information, advice and education
Every person in need of help and care, as well as their relatives, carers and other people involved, have the right to comprehensive information about the options and offers of advice, help and care, as well as treatment. Patients and their relatives receive advice, instructions and training so that they can independently and competently provide the care they need.

Communication, appreciation and participation in society
Every person in need of help and care has the right to live according to their culture and worldview and to practice their religion. We take into account certain manners, values, rituals and religious practices as far as possible. We respect basic questions and fears of life and respond to the desire for spiritual support.

Palliative care, dying and death
Every person in need of help and care has the right to die with dignity. We respect life and its finiteness, respect the dignity and autonomy of the patient and focus on their priorities. We strive for the optimal relief of stressful symptoms such as pain, shortness of breath, nausea, anxiety or confusion in order to contribute to improving the quality of life.

The following applies to our employees:
Every employee feels responsible for the quality of the work. We treat each other openly and honestly, work as a team, respect and support each other, face criticism, take it seriously and deal with it constructively.

Our quality management

It is regulated by law that approved nursing services are obliged to participate in quality assurance measures.

Quality does not come about by itself, but requires the development of a management system in which the quality criteria are established and the corresponding measures defined. The results are greater transparency and security in operational processes and improved work. The Nursing Quality Assurance Act (PQsG) requires every outpatient care facility to introduce and further develop an internal quality management system. Quality management means implementing quality requirements that are set out in laws and regulations through internal company measures and developing one's own ideas regarding service quality.

Quality for our company means:

- the commitment to quality work and the assumption of responsibility by management
- the identification and compliance with legal requirements
- the identification and implementation of customer requirements and satisfaction
- the definition and implementation of corporate objectives
- the participation of employees in decisions and developments (will - can - may)
- Appreciate good work and achievements, strive to constantly develop and improve
- learn from mistakes
